Intelliscan is a re-seller for SeaZone data which provides UKHO data in a vector and geotiff format. The coverage for the data is predominantly UK waters.

Vector Data

The SeaZone vector data is collated from a variety of sources and supplied in fully attributed and themed layers and available in a variety of formats such as MapInfo TAB, ESRI shapefile and Cadcorp base data set files.

The data can be supplied in two scale levels

• Offshore - suited for large offshore areas as it comprises the best available data to a scale level of 1:150,000
• Coastal - ideal for projects requiring detailed data of harbours, estuaries, bays and other coastal areas as it comprises the best available data to a maximum scale level of 1:5,000

GeoTiff Data

SeaZone GeoTiff data comprises scanned images of Admiralty Charts. The data is provided as individual geo-referenced images in GeoTiff format per UKHO chart.

The SeaZone GeoTiff data is useful if only a small number of charts are required or if UKHO charts are required in a GIS not supported by ARCS for GIS.
