Step 1 - a detailed audit on your organisation's data is essential to ensure a full understanding with regards to the impact of PAI so minimal disruption and downtime is achieved for maximum effect.
Step 2 - we generally recommend that a pilot study be
commissioned. Every company's data is different and by carrying
out a pilot project first it will:
- highlight the management issues
- refine the procedures for quality assurance issues
- refine the procedures and risk assessment
- refine the cost model
- develop a fully specified project plan
Step 3 - report detailing results of the pilot project
and recommendations; which could include the provision of software
for in-house use or a full bureau service.
